1.
A thousand hearts are pounding cold A timeless struggle drenched in fear The mangled remains of putrid souls dwell In the wells of the distant wastes, surrounded by the void And only one being shall shine As he ascends through time itself In the hollow middle of the fields Solid as though recently sculpted Alone does the being find himself Alone Eyes forward Blood flowing Legs crumbling Heart frozen What a strange creature to see The desparate soldier of fortune Dragging his soul Is this his new prison? Or was he the only one truly free? Only one way to know
2.
In the sign of the fallen sun The starlit sorrowful sky melts The violent roar of the river Crashes upon thick stone It flows deep into oblivion Not unlike the ceaseless regret For what we may not know Yet still it lingers and feasts with hate And the wells sink deep within Like the scars within our skin So frail yet never to fade They shall be our only kin And upon the howling wind Our cries of hate shall flow And the chains will sink thin As we question when it will end Hate is but merely a tool As were our wretched scars They seek to burn down the path That a new one may now emerge Yet still loss remains Crawling into the soul Silent and scorned Will this suffering ever cease? And the wells sink deep within Like the scars within our skin So frail yet never to fade They shall be our only kin And upon the howling wind Our cries of hate shall flow And the chains will sink thin As we question when it will end And the chains shall never cease Until the regret is purged For what can be a worse fate Than the regret of a wasted life?

I stood there gazing at the parchment down below Inked deep with landscapes of distant shores Unknown worlds blind to my foolish mind Beyond my reach in this empty cell The molded carcass That was once the body Deprived of strength And rife with hunger Plagued by grief Yet watchful and aware Still drawing breath Enough for one last gaze Baptised in Gunpowder I watched as the naked world was impoverished from its soul Corrupted by the barren minds of the weakest of life forms Sodomized by false believers Who professed to kneel at the feet of the decrepit wraith In shame Baptised in Gunpowder Yet now the order breaks as the proud walk again Thriving deep in struggle to break the backs of man To seek true salvation and grace In total liberation through chaos Do we have the courage To accept this fate? To shed this weakness And thrive in conquest?
4.
Parasitic temptations The vile thoughts made manifest The silent breaker of man Silver-tongued hecklers prying the mind The burning fumes of seduction Imprisoning the soul The blissful fruits of desire Could just as well be toxins As the mind becomes free So is the soul is enslaved Lying in waste In this garden of roses Yet its veins are black And the rain turns to ash No joy is left to be found Only the bitterest hunger The struggle of corruption A mountain of sorrow Yet also but a cold task The dabbling in lust
5.
Oh, how long it was Since the dew fell from the trees In the embrace of utter contempt During which indulgence thrived The time it took to transform A life of content into void The light ceased to shine For those lost in filth Reminding Of vultures Fat from old carcasses Over the long course of time The years spent in reckless indulgence Lost and alone And oh how resentful with hate Lashing out Against the ravishing madness Driven by spite? Or perhaps by misery? The pain will only sink deeper And the hate shall follow Let the wickedness embrace Not to escape the suffering But to celebrate it evermore
6.
The fire rages onward As far as the eye can see No crops left to harvest The time has at last come to dance with death I crawl through grim indulgence And so to seek purity astride The search for clairvoience The soul of vein despondence Hopeless faith Forged in wasted wars Casting its shadow Weakening the spirit The desparate attempt for escape Release from this pathetic life Freed by clinging to our vices Blessed be the filth The sweet release of decadence If only for a brief respite It is a break from the torture Of a dull existence Yet still, We never knew there was more A fire hidden inside It cries out Seeking to conquer At the edge of the world Stands those who broke out Two creeds within their hearts Conquest and Vice
7.
Out comes the last breath Before the great journey Distant pastures, and rolling hills Through scorching sunlight And the bitterest winters Follow the clouds of cannon smoke It shall reveal the way From the unknown, came many men Enduring hell's elements In their hands they held fire Blazing across the frontier The wanderers scoured the woodland Driven by the flame of pride For only those with hearts of stone Could weather the storm The life of the old world is abandoned The sun sets upon a new man Given the keys to freedom To civilize the mind, and make savage the body And behold, the footsteps vanish And the pathway ends The new frontiersman steps forward For his heart and mind are free
